UQTC Annual General Meeting

The 2006 Annual General Meeting of The University of Queensland Tennis Club Inc. will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday 29 October in the Tennis Pavilion.

All UQ Tennis Club members should attend this meeting.

The major items to be dealt with at the AGM are the election of the new Management Committee and the adoption of the Annual Report and Financial Statements.

The AGM also provides an opportunity for members to come along and have their say on any aspect of the Club's activities.

Keen tennis players should think about nominating for the Management Committee. The positions open for election are:

• President
• 2 Vice-Presidents
• Honorary Secretary
• Honorary Treasurer
• 10 Executive Officers

Anybody interested in nominating for a position should fill in the nomination form and curriculum vitae attached.

Nominations must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday 9th October 2006.
